• Access and refresh tokens stored on your device.

Conversation and agent information:

• Messages you send and receive.
• Conversation metadata.
• Image attachments you choose to upload.
• Custom agent names, avatars, profile details, model choices, and related configuration.
• Contacts or saved agents inside the app.

• Onboarding profile details.
• Selected scenes, vibe, topics, or other preference options.

Diagnostics and usage information:

• App version and build number.
• Feature usage needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the app.

6. Image and Photo Access

The app may request photo library access so you can select photos for avatars or chat image attachments. The app processes only the photos you choose to use inside Navis.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain account records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service.

When you delete your account, Navis deletes or de-identifies account data unless retention is required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

8. Your Choices

Current choices:

• You can log out of the app.
• You can edit your display name and avatar.
• You can report safety concerns in the app.
• You can delete your account from Account & Privacy.

9. Age Limit

Navis is intended for adults and is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app or another reasonable method.
